We also have spread awareness message and given medical support to people affected with Phaileria in the costal belts of our operational area. During the Kandhamal Violence it was a special mission of Catholic Charities to give medical aid to victims in relief camps. During the covid-19 we have reached to every corner of the villages to spread the message of awareness.
Health Drive
Catholic Charities with the support of OCHHA has reached out to the victims of different dieses. As there was a frequent spread of malaria in the remote parts of Kandhamal, Catholic Charities with the help of local dispensaries and doctors has reached out to people with medicines and awareness.
We have helped people to reach to medicals. We have also distributed medical kits during the covid-19. As part of our health programme we support the victims of lepers in our operational area. We give them dressing materials and make them aware and give them positivity.
