Catholic Charities works at the grass root level. It has vast experience since 41 years about community development. One of the contribution it makes is knowlwge sharing. We give opportunities to intern and professionals who come for a month or some days for the field level experience.
The interns are guided by a mentor who is responsible to help them develop their skills in certain areas of interest. At the end of the programme the interns get First hand development management experience, Social research, analysis, and advocacy skills and opportunity to sharpen leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
