In order to address the disputes at different levels we do form committees. Committees of male, commiittees of female, committeees of youth and Children. The community is encouraged to revive social and cultural traditions of the communities. Women and youth were encouraged to participate in the peace building process.
Peace Building
When there are disputes and misunderstanding in the communities we can not do any developmental work. So fights and disputes in the community disrupt harmony and development.
The staffs get engaged in conflict mapping, timeline, mediations and negotiations in the dispute occurred villages. Different strategies are taken to uphold like training, workshop, exposure, street plays, film screening, games and sports, etc. to rebuild peace and harmony converging community development.
